Touch screen problem

I've noticed it since the day one and the problem still persists. Whenever i touch the letter p on keypad it doesn't responds and i need to tap it 2 or 3 times so that it detects.

Do you have a screen protector or the shipping film still on the screen?

There is no case or film protector or anything

I have the same issue but it only occurs when using GBoard. I don't have such issue when using SwiftKey but sadly in my opinion it's worse than GBoard. So what keyboard are you using?

Yes you are right. I've noticed that I am facing that issue with xperia keyboard which was my all time favorite keyboard so downloaded it from playstore. While using SwiftKey it works fine but SwiftKey is the worst keyboard I've used till now. Pppppppppplplplplplplpppplppplplplplplpl this was just a testing as there is no miss touch of letter p with SwiftKey

The Xperia Keyboard is no longer updated so that could be part of the issue.

One of the great things about Android is it is completely customisable so even if you don't like the SwiftKey keyboard, there are thousands of alternatives out there on places such as the Google Play Store. If you try out a few I am sure there will be some you like.

Try Chrooma Keyboard.Works like a charm. Get it on Playstore
