Governor slows down phone

The governor or at least the frequency of the cores might slow down the phone. With GPU rendering for profile* there are lots of stutters. Nevertheless when I recorded With DURecorder from the PlayStore it stopped stuttering. I guess it was because the CPU had a higher frequency then. Is it the OnDemand governor? Or wouldn't even be Interactive better?

Is the warranty void by rooting the phone (no unlocked bootloader) and changing the governor?

you probably wouldn't lose warranty if you rooted the phone and unrooted it before sending it for warranty repair, but there's no known way of rooting XZ Premium without unlocking the bootloader so far. not to mention that without flashing custom kernel (which does require unlocking the bootloader) you'd be stuck with few governor options available in stock kernel.

Also I had the Sony Messenger preinstalled, not Google ones. I also had no Spotify nor Amazon Shopping preinstalled although it should be standard, right? Strange.
