    <description>&lt;P&gt;When i connect my XZ it only charges, when we connected it in store it worked.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;So i dont know whats up, but it is dodgy to say the least.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any help?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>when you plug the phone to your PC, does a window on your phone pop up asking you to choose the type of connection?</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;after connecting your phone to PC. first&amp;nbsp;please unlock your device then you can see the pop up window on your phone. the select transfer file. then you can see the phone and you can transfer any data with your PC&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Mine was doing the same. Turned out the charging port was dirty. I used a toothpick to clean the charging port and that fixed it.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
