Received a new update for my F8332, Build Number 41.2.A.7.35

Android Security patch updated to 1st July, 2017.

Any other fixes and improvements ?

I've updated to the July patch but is there any other improvements in the update? Nothing was mentioned in the change log . I think Sony should really give us some fix for common problems n mention it in the update as well

Hello, after this update my xperia xz dual sim is no longer recognizing the micro sd card, anyone else with this problem?

Face it, the XZ is pretty much yesterday's news now and I doubt SONY will be paying too much attention to it. iPhone for me next, Apple actually fix issues and in a timely fashion too.

My phone has greatly improved, it's back to what it was like before lagville-deluxe.

It won't ... most of the problem is related to Facebook messenger app ... now i don't have Viber ... but it could be the problem as well ...

After a few hours of use (social media, games, web browsing) it seems that the RAM consumption has improved.

System is using ~1GB of RAM compared to 2GB or more before the update

Let's hope it will continue that way

I noticed it as well, I got the update last night then observed the RAM usage.. The Android OS is just using up to 1.1G of RAM, an improvement from nearly 1.5G previously. Still the total RAM used as I monitored until now is just 2.1 which Is less than 2.5G which was the norm previously. I still hope they can improve on it so I can reinstall those 3rd party apps that I removed when this lag problem dominated my xz usage experience.

I'm afraid I have to reboot every morning to keep it running smooth.

I don't suppose they have fixed all the Bluetooth issues and LDAC problem?

that would be too much too ask...I.e. Sony actually listening and fixing their crap!

i agree with earlier poster...back to the iPhone for me soon...

My phone is blazing fast after the update, with or without wifi being on, same performance with one of the other or both. I'm happy. ☺️
