Hi, Is it possible to flash other countries firmwares to my Sony Xperia XZ as my device have too many carrier bloatware? If its possible, Does it effect my warranty?

It's viable, but you may need to revert to your carrier's firmware before submitting for a warranty repair. If something goes wrong during the flashing process, that probably wouldn't be covered.

You will need to use either Xperifirm or Flashtool, keep in mind that doing so, doesn't unlock the phone from any carrier/network. As for warranty, only your Local support could answer that question, my opinion, I would believe so (that it will void the warranty).
