Constant reset

The phone reboots constantly. If I do not use it, nothing happens, But when I use it, in 2 or 5 minutes it restarts.
I turn it on in safe mode and It restarts too.
With the PC companion I reset it, but when it is turned on again it restarts too.
It seems that there is no solution.
I live in Argentina, and here there are no spare parts for this model, I do not know what to do.
can anybody help me?

check if you experience the same without the SIM and SD cards.

Yes, I change the Sim and it keep happening
