I am sorry to hear about this &lt;IMG class="lia-deferred-image lia-image-emoji" src="https://community.sony.no/html/images/smilies/035.png" alt="Slightly_frowning_Face" title="Slightly_frowning_Face" /&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Try resetting the video app. You can do this by going to &lt;STRONG&gt;Settings&lt;/STRONG&gt; &amp;gt; &lt;STRONG&gt;Apps&lt;/STRONG&gt; &amp;gt; &lt;STRONG&gt;Video&lt;/STRONG&gt; &amp;gt; &lt;STRONG&gt;Force Stop &lt;/STRONG&gt;&amp;gt; &lt;STRONG&gt;Storage&lt;/STRONG&gt; &amp;gt; &lt;STRONG&gt;Clear Data&lt;/STRONG&gt;, then restart the phone.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Does that help any?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Video on XZ Premium doesn't pla</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have the G8142 model and have been using it fine for a month or so. But now I find that I cannot watch any video that was taken on it. I can watch a Youtube video, but nothing taken on the device itself will play. All I get is the circle going 'round endlessly&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've tried clearing the cache but it didn't work&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've downloaded the VLC app and can watch them in there but would prefer if the device could play its own video&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any help to get this working again?!?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi uliwooly&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Video is stored on the device, there is no SD card in it at the moment&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Would also prefer not to have to wipe the device every time this happenes. I've only just got it set up and working properly&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Apologies uliwooly, been on the go for the last few weeks&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The result is it's the same in safe mode. The preview plays when looking at it in the Album, but you endlessly get the circle if you try to open the video file. Files play fine in the VLC app though it's much harder to navigate to the file you want when forced to use it&lt;/P&gt;</description>
