Audio not in sync with video

Hallo, wenn ich Videos anschaue, dann stoppt das Bild für einen kurzen Moment, fängt dann wieder an, aber der Ton passt dann nicht mehr zum Bild. Wenn man Pause drückt zeigt sich sogleich das gleich Problem. Auch ist es egal ob gespeicherte Videos oder gestreamte.

Hello, when I watch videos, then stops the picture for a brief moment, then starts again, but the sound does not fit to the picture. If you press the pause, the same problem is shown. Also it does not matter whether stored videos or streamed.

Simple, the problem its a third party app, an app that was NOT pre-loaded (an app that you've installed at some point). What can you do about it? uninstall app by app until you find the culprit.

I don´t have a app from a third pary app. The problem exists with all normal players.

Again, if it works properly while in safe mode then the issue its created by a third party app, which app? no one can answer that question, you will have to uninstall one at a time until you find the culprit.
