XZs does not work on 2G, while 4G is no problem

My phone can not be used in the mainland of China, the net setting is LTE_ WCDMA_ GSM, I can use the phone to call nobody. I have an iphone, a MI phone (Android ), they both work good. Why SONY cannot do the basic things well ?

Actually it works in 2G and 3G.If I noticed that the signal is in 2G,i just change preferred network from 4G/3G/2G to 3G/2G..Don't expect webpages to load fast, as it kinda slow.. At least you have an internet connection... 🙂
