Hello, I hope I find here help in German:

I wanted to save from the mobile phone memory to SD card all the pictures and movies.
Windows only showed me that it would transfer data, but all the data was lost. Do I still have a way to get these data back or are they now definitely deleted?

Deleted data retrieve goes with Recuva. To make the mobile phone you have to make it on mtp of course.

~~Danke, leider kam der Hinweis zu spät. Unabhängig davon hatte Recuva das Handy nicht erkannt, obwohl ich es mit Datenfreigabe eingeschaltet hatte.~~

Thanks, unfortunately, the note came too late. Regardless, Recuva had not recognized the phone, although I had switched it on with data release.
