Do you experience this when you do something specific, unlocking your device as an example? Does it appear as a notification or as an on screen prompt? If you could upload a screenshot of this message it'd be helpful.

Hi, I have exactly the same problem. It is imposible to make a screenshot as it lasts for a second or two only. It is a prompt on a display. It happens randomly as it was mentioned already. Any solutions except switiching your phone off and on etc.?

Has anyone got a permanent fix to the 'service started' message? We can't all have downloaded the same problem it must surely be a system error? I've done the safe mode reboot, uninsulated movie maker but still it keeps popping up!!

Hi I have the same issue, I haven't installed anything new to make it appear but obviously things are updating all the time so could be anything that's causing it.

Can be very annoying so help please Sony you need to find a fix for this ASAP.

Tried uninstalling FB messenger as I'd read somewhere that was issue but didn't make a difference!!

No it goes when I'm in safe mode but returns when out of it, I'm not leaving phone in safe mode!!

this narrow down the issue, it is NOT a preloaded app, it is a third party app that you have installed at one point, which app you might ask? I don't know, you will have to uninstall one by one until you find the culprit.

Cheers looks like that's what I need to do but mixed messages, some say it's pre-loaded apps other's that it's not!! Would be nice if SONY would advise.

Again, safe mode will disable ALL apps that were NOT pre-loaded, which means that the issue is an app that you have installed at one point.
