    <description>&lt;P&gt;I report the same problem... It seems like a faulty headphone jack.. And I'm scared to get my phone open by the service centre guys&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;So everytime i plug a headphone or speaker. Only one of them are working, when I use with other phone they work perfectly. Even a newest headphone, and factory headphone sometimes malfunction easily, and only one works&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="https://community.sony.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/1035767"&gt;@Laburance&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Most likely it will be a hardware issue, but we can also try some software tests.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Start troubleshooting by restarting your phone into &lt;A href="https://community.sony.co.uk/t5/c-sonymobile/safe+mode/pd-p/safe_mode" class="lia-product-mention" data-product="187-1"&gt;safe mode&lt;/A&gt;, this will disable all installed 3rd party apps. If the problem is resolved then one of your installed apps is causing this issue and you have to figure out which one. Start by uninstalling those apps you installed recently.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
