Phone Freezes/UI issues

Hi Guys,

I recently upgraded my phone and picked up the XZ Premium. It is a beautiful phone but the UI and phone started to freeze on me constantly. Does anyone know if there a fix for this because i have only owned this phone for 2 months and thinking about going back to my phone provider and swapping for a different phone all together i.e. samsung or the dreaded Iphone (just want a working phone) 😞

Do you experience the same issue in safe mode?

Thanks CT for the reply. I have set it to safe mode to see if I continue getting these issues.

Hopefully I can sort out these bugs because I do like the Sony experia series

If you do have the same problem in safe mode then I would recommend you do a software repair using Xperia Companion.

If you do not have the issue, then the problem is likely due to third party apps. Specifically which though is difficult to say.
