unlocked phone as a SIM free? then, yes, the fingerprint should work and you should be able to receive updates as long as the update was released in that country/region; with that said, unless you buy the USA version which doesn't have this feature enabled.

If you are referring to unlocked bootloader then you won't get updates and the phone's warranty is long gone, as well as other features. Even if the bootloader was unlocked and relocked, the DRM keys will be gone.

I am from kuwait, my country will not bring xperia devices so I will buy from Amazon.. Should i buy unlocked?

No I advise buyin a generic phone direct from Sony to be guaranteed its unlocked correctly. Because Sony sell fones open and have a two yr warranty. I do advise the XZ premium it's a great fone I'm using it.
