Z2 freeze for ~8min

My Z2 start working badly.

Sometimes it just stuck's on any action, screen stops updating (time and everything freezes), phone doesn't react to turn off button, only soft reset helps (turn off + volume or small red button).

But if I leave phone in this freeze mode, it usually comes back to live after ~8-10minutes and works perfectly again (until next freeze).

Freeze is very random, sometimes no freeze for hald a day, sometimes they are going one after another.

Phone doesn't have root and I didn't install anything recently. There are also enough memory.

What could cause such problem?

Doesn't work for me.

Backup from Xperia Companion not working (giving me errors).

Repair doesn't work too - it says UEGetPhoneInfoRootedDevice.
I only unlocked bootloader with Sony instructions several month ago. Phone not rooted (checked with root-checker utility).
