Automatic shutdown Xperia C4

I am expressing my disappointment in buying Sony Xperia C4. I had just bought it a year ago and it had gone a lot of malfunctioning now it is only used as a paper weight. Though I commend their support team. I feel like the product isn't worth buying. A few months ago the touch screen did not work properly,and i have heard, it was not an isolated case. Luckily, it was covered by the warranty. Weeka later, after the release of the new software , marshmallow, it had gone malfunctioning again. It shut downs by itself. I was advised to do a software repair. Yet it is still malfunctioning. The software repair was successful but It won't turn on properly now. It will continuously turn on and then shut down.

I am a first time Sony user. And i might not be using Sony again.

try to search about the topic "BOOT LOOP" on the search bar above,. and perform software repair using Xperia Companion once more time.
