App got scrambled after restart

Hi my phone desided to restart after that many app was gone and all have moved like they vas reinstalled
If i have all my bank app on one box now after all is scrambled around in difrent screens
Is ther any eay to get order back and how do i prevent it in the future?

If you have any taskiller or cache cleaning app it might have cause this issue, if you boot in safe mode it could remove some widgets.
