Hello git phone 24hrs ago. Phone stopped letting me unlock it. Even though I was doing this correct. Read that it might need software update. And read best to re set it
Did this thru Sony Web page. Now phone just keeps asking for Google password and email!!!! Please help

You have to enter your Gmail and password, if not, you can contact your Local support

It gets as far as would you like to receive sign in prompt
On this divice logo. Then asks for pass word email again

Your Local support should be able to assist you
