My Sony Z3 is not able to play any kind of Vedio from u tube or any other.it gives an error message

how fast/slow is your data and/or WiFi connection?

Hi @Zomastar,

I'm sorry to hear about that.

Have you had the time to try to play a YouTube video while the phone is rebooted in safe mode which @uliwooly suggested?

I would also recommend that you make sure that the YouTube app is updated to the latest version, you can do so by opening up the Google Play store and search for YouTube.

Are you trying to play these videos when connected to a Wi-Fi or using mobile data? If you are using mobile data please try when connected to a Wi-Fi network!
