Charging issues

Since today when plugging the charger into my device, it is taking 5secs or more for the notification light to come on, and also the phone is taking a lot longer to charge than normal. Another thing I have noticed is that the battery percentage is fluctuating, going up 1% and I then going down 1%. Any suggestion guys what could be wrong? Never experienced this before now.

Battery is on charge and at 19% currently and 3hr 3min remaining.

Try the basic and restart the device, or test it in >>> safe mode or repair the phone with XC

Thanks uliwooly, but I have found out what was wrong. The usb cable came somewhat loose from the charging plug. It's now charging like it should.
