Downloads not installing properly

Recent downloads from sony do not installing properly and since trying my batterie life is minimal. Have done factory reset same issue

what recent downloads? are these apps from google play store? since you already tried reset, try to perform software repair using Xperia Companion

Hi @Leesa1, I'm sorry to hear about that.

As mentioned by @nolramlb, are you referring to applications that you downloaded from the Google Play store or software updates?

If you are having troubles with downloading applications from the Google Play store I'd recommend that you clear data for the Google Play store application in Settings > Apps > Google Play store > Storage > Clear data, this will not remove any apps that you have installed in your phone it will only reset the cache and data for the application in question.

If you are referring to software updates, how did you update your phone? Was it done directly in the phone or with the use of Xperia Companion? Did you receive any error messages while updating your phone?
