The screen overlaps

Hello,
I have problem with my Xperia Z3C, few days ago screen started shaking up/down and here comes the question is it a problem with screen alone or with a screen tape (dunno how to name it, that thing that connects screen with rest of the phone)

PS

This got even worse, now i can't unlock the phone, I can see that screen lights up but its black (but touch still works cuz phone vibrates when I try to unlock it)

Thanks for fast answer, well to be honest, phone is in general bad shape.

It had few accidents, it had screen changed once, and got wet when it was charging.

I see, it could be related to that.

I still suggest that you try the software repair first, though. It's always worth it to try a software repair before sending the device in for servicing in case it turns out that it isn't hardware related.
