Phone doesn't turn on

Please Help Me Out I Have Xperia.Z

I was wating video on it while at the same time it was charging by wall charger and dont no what happen it went off No.. I Tried It To Turn It On but it doesn't start after that.

When connected to charging it showed red led screen starts flashes and goes off n nothing happn. I also tried pressing poewr button and volume up button for 10 sec n more no vibration take plan nothing happn but red led remains

Then i connected it to pc at that time blue led glow but the cel dont even got detected to my pc nor to pc companioun also finded out drivers missing for usb connectivity but that was also ok.

My cel doesn't turn on let it be kep charging for hours only red light appears continously and as soon as i connect it to charger and pres power button sceen turns on flashing nothing black screen only for a sec and turn of

Ples help me out need help

Loved this phone this company but got little disappointed by this but yet Sony Love You

Plez some one help me out

Cell gives red led when connected to charging and no more things happen in it even for hours kept like that and when connected to pc blue led glows no pc connection no companioun delectation.

Plez help me out as soon as possible.. Plez

Can anyone help me?

I put my phone on charge (on an extension lead which is connected to the mains) and at this point everything was fine, I then went out the room for 5 minutes then went back to get it. when I went to turn the phone on, and it failed to. I have no idea what has happened to it. However there is an orange LED light in the top right hand corner (dont know if its the charging light or the phone has malfuctioned in some sort of way). I have tried the classic trick by hloding the power on buttom and the volume button at the same time for 20 seconds or longer... still nothing I am now very stuck on what to do.

Reset button in sim port, it's like a small round orange bit.
Press it for ten seconds

Hi,

@Aziz7767 From what you've described I'm afraid it sounds like your phone is in need of service. I would suggest that you try to perform a software repair using PC Companion first though. If that doesn't help, or if you are unable to perform it, you should contact your Local support team for more information on how to proceed with service.

@dannbutlerr Give Viridis suggestion a try then try connecting a charger again before trying to power the phone on.
