If you are going to repair the phone then you could replace the screen and then nothing should be deleted, but it will void the warranty and it might not be waterproof anymore; but if you send it somewhere everything will be deleted.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My screen is completely broken, can only see one corner. Really need to get photos off, tried everything, &amp;nbsp;otg to unlock then quickly connect to pc but that doesn't work, still shows up blank. Haven't got USB debug on and not rooted....really need photos of my newborn off it! Please help!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>I've done that, otg works fine, can unlock phone but then when I unplug otg and plug USB to.computer it still won't show any internal storage files.</description>

      <description>When I try on.my new phone and plug into.computer you need to select charge only of file transfer, but as no otg pluged in I cant select an option.</description>
