My Remote Control App isn't working

Last week my Remote Control App was working perfectly, I use it for my blu-ray player. But today I tried to turn on my blu-ray and then the app closed. A notification emerge saying that "The App has found an unknown error and it will be automatically reset". It just stop working and I don't know why. I tried to reset the phone, and I tried to fix the software by restoring it, but nothing seems to fix the problem. Anyone has the same problem than me?

what app were you using,?

try to clear data of the app , settings>app>remote control app>clear data. restart device

try to contact your app's developer to report about this problem

I use the default app. Already tried deleting the data...

The default app, the one that comes with the phone. I have a Xperia ZL. I installed another app, and it said that my phone doesn't have a IR blaster, which isn't true, because the Xperia ZL does have an IR blaster.

You could repair the phone with XC, if that doesn't work then contact your Local support
