USB device not recognized

Hii there my device was working well and getting connected to pc. Now i'm Able to connect my phone as mass storage but it is not recognized when I connect in flash mode or fastboot mode. I am using d2212 variant xperia e3 dual India. And my pc has Windows 7 home Basic. When I try to connect it as fastboot or flash mode it always shows somc flash device drivers installed sucessfully then it gives error that USB device not recognized or USB device you're trying to connect is mulfunctioned. I'm only facing issue while connecting as fastboot or flash mode.

make sure ou have that proper drivers. you can find them here> http://developer.sonymobile.com/

Please suggest me without sony pc companion method as I don't have broadband connection

on the developer.sonymobile.com site is no matching driver.

The best driver haves the usbid VID_0FCE PID_51BC MI_01 and the device haves VID_0FCE PID_51BC MI_00

what are you doing here SONY???
