    <description>&lt;P&gt;the devices tend to get warm-hot depending on usage. what were you doing when the device got hot?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;the device will resart itself (or turn off) if it gets to hot for normal operation, other than that it would considered normal&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;try to restart your device once in awhile to close background tasks.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;using 4k and other camera effects will heat up your phone&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;playing hi-end games for long time will heat up your phone&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;heavy usage will heat up your phone&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;send your device to your local service center to have it checked &lt;A href="https://community.sony.co.uk/t5/c-sonymobile/Local+support/pd-p/contact_us" class="lia-product-mention" data-product="13-1"&gt;Local support&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I love sony brand long time ago. And &amp;nbsp;now I have to change new phone to&lt;FONT color="#808000"&gt;&lt;U&gt; Sony M5&lt;/U&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt; &amp;nbsp;. I'm very appreciate so much. I wish i dont have problem same as another comsumer but the last i have a big problem &lt;FONT color="#FF0000"&gt;&lt;U&gt;My phone have a high temperature very fas&lt;/U&gt;t . I dont know this is a damage of any software or membord inside .I should have to give support center or any&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;application can dowloaded to fix them. Plz, help me.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
