Camera's not working!

I've been using Sony Experia c5 since january 2016 and it had been the best phone a girl could ever have. But lately, the camera's had stopped working altogether. When i clicked the Camera's icon, it popped out a statement saying the camera has stopped working. Recently, I've countered many Sony Experia C5 Dual Users facing the similar problem. I hope you can look into this matter. This happen when they updated the software . Btw, I had reset my phone into factory set, the camera still not working. I hope Sony can look into this matter seriously.

Same problem.
First the front camera failed. The switch icon to change from main camera to front one was gone, and then, both failed as well as the fash.
I made all the resets and repairs with pcc and it doesn't work. I just want to know if I have any chance to avoid repair the hardware.

Once the software stop recognizing the camera, the switch button disappear. Unless your software is screwed (but you say you repaired using PCC) it's an hardware issue. You'll have to contact your local support and check for a warranty repair/exchange.
