Settings > apps > all > do you see it? if not, scroll to the bottom of the list > camera > enable

Can you please boot to safemode and see if the camera is there or not, if it is not then follow through with Uliwoolys instructions.

my phone is not starting it is showing the starting logo but it is not going inside kindly help
