Proximity sensor to your ear during a call does not work in Andouid 6 (Xperia Z3 Compact)

After upgrading to version Android 6 stopped working sensor closer to the ear. During a call, it is impossible to turn on the speakerphone and not available other functions during a call!

Do you have any cover or screen protector on the phone that could be covering the sensor? I've seen some 3:rd party screen protectors that doesn't have a hole for the sensor which can cause this.
