Battery problem

Hello,
I am Masud from Bangladesh. I use sony xperia l about 1 and half years. Recently I face some critical prblm in my L.

When my bettery level below 50 it shutting down with out any notification. It may happen in 37 or 30 or 45 or any time below 50. So changed my bettery last two days ago. But the prblm doesn't fix. It is happannig. Another fact my L charged very fast. Within 10 minutes it increase 0 to 20.

So please tell me what can i do.

You might want to contact your Local support to get it inspected, the only thing left to try is to repair it with XC

Hi @Mrana,

Sorry to hear that.

Does the phone shut down completely random or is when you do something with it? For example, starting a specific app. Or is it only when the battery level reaches below 50%?

I would also suggest what @uliwooly is saying. Are you able to replicate this after a software repair using Xperia Companion?

Yap.. When I used any software,, as like coc, whats ap,, mx player it frequently occoured.. What i do now..

It might be a hardware issue, contact your Local support to get it inspected.
