The phone's volume is too low.

You have to elaborate, loudspeaker or earspeaker?

if loudspeaker, are you using the preloaded music app?

I think that both loudspeaker and earspeaker have the problem.

The quality of the sound is good but the volume is low.

I think I understand what you are referring to, the reason for it, it's to prevent noise distortion, you could use a third party app to increase the volume

I think that the problem is at the top speaker.

If the problem is with ear piece volume then try to use ear piece with 16 ohm impedence.

Low speaker after new firmware 23.5. A.0.575

I have chronic problem in the speaker the speaker sound is too low that I can't hear it that problem appeared after marshmallow update 23.5. A.0.570 and this problem still existing after new firmware 23.5. A.0.575 so please can any one help me in this problem

My problem showed up 3 days after the update to marshmallow.
