This is the second time I am facing issue with my Xperia Z1 Compact. Earlier I had display issues and I had to get a replacement from Toronto. I was lucky that happened when the phone was under warranty. Now, I am having issues with the WiFi adapter on my phone! My phone does not connect to my WiFi modem. I am using the Smart RG SR360n wifi modem provided by Acanac. The phone is displaying my modem name but it does not connect to the modem. Mac address settings on my wifi modem are clean. Someone tell me how to fix this!

Hi markclair,

The problem here is that you are able to use other connections, which means the issue stems from your modem/router.

The first thing I suggest would be a restart to the Modem so it can refresh its addresses.
