Hi there, I am new with a Xperia M4 Aqua and I am having some trouble when trying to pair my phone with a notebook (Dell). The device is properly detected by the notebook and it shows the right code number that is shown in the display of the phone, but then both devices fail to pairing and the notebook gives this error message:" 0x80004005, unknown error when trying to add a device".

Could yo please help me so that I can start sharing files via bluetooth? Thanks and regards,

Hi Cameron, thanks for replying. Actually, I had successfully paired my headphones (Pioneer), via NFC/Bluetooth and have no trouble when using them. I haven`t tried with more devices. I think that these are the ones I use more frequently through Bluetooth technology. I know that I can manage by transferring the files by connecting the USB cable, but ,you know, it is not he same, so it would be useful and nice if you can help. Regards,
