    <description>@uliwooly thank you for your response. Yes, it happens even after restarting an app, recently even after reseting whole phone. In such apps I've got black screen and in Camera app it says that camera is unavailable.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;@CameronT thank you for your response. I've cleared data from Camera and forced it to stop. The problem still occurs. Forcing app which does not work to stop does not help either. As you told, I've gone to the safe mode and I was also unable to go to the Camera app. There was a black screen, saying that Camera is unavailable. Forcing stop did not help too.</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've got a problem with camera in my T3. I'm using apps like Camera, Messenger and Snapchat. Very often my camera doesn't work and what I mean is a black screen. I just open app and have a black screen. Sometimes it happens when I change from front camera to back one. Phone reset doestnot help, maybe sometimes but after one time it happens again. I cleared my phone and have the newest software.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Greetings&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;You mentioned this is happening with the standard camera too. Can you please try resetting the camera app by going to Settings &amp;gt; Apps &amp;gt; All &amp;gt; Camera &amp;gt; Clear Data &amp;gt; Force Stop.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;If that does not help, can you please test your phone in &lt;A href="https://community.sony.co.uk/t5/FAQ/How-to-boot-your-phone-into-safe-mode/td-p/348008/jump-to/first-unread-message" target="_blank"&gt;safe mode&lt;/A&gt; and see if the issue persists?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;@uliwooly I repaired my software using a programme you'd mentioned and, addtionally, cleared data on SD card. When I open camera app, it says that Camera is unavailable... I did not even install any apps but I suppose camera won't work there either. What could have happened to my phone?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
