topic Z5 premium back cover in XPERIA archive

I have a Sony Z5 premium chrome.. The back cover is not packed tightly. It's opened. And I don't think that waterproofing will work. And the active noice cancellation is not working. I bought it on 24th of April and I want my cell to be replaced. Because I don't want the service center to open it and give it back to me. So is there any way to replace it. Help me with it

Hi @Ashmitmps,

Welcome to the community.

As a Sony representitive I must advise you to not attempt to repair your handset yourself, as any work performed by anyone other than a Sony Authorised repair centre can void your warranty. Please follow @uliwooly's suggestion and contact your local support team. They can pressure test the device and make sure it is waterproof, and if not, repair it to a waterproof standard.
