Yeah, I've contacted support.

I'm interested if this would be covered under warranty, hence asking my question, to see if anyone else had had this issue repaired and if it wasn't covered how much it was. Support won't give a quote before you send your device in, and if you don't like the quote they demand £21 to return your phone unrepaired.

I can get the part and glue for about £10. I used to repair laptops so I have the experience and tools, and found a takeapart video to do the repair but that would void my warranty. But if support says the repair is 40 plus quid I'd rather do it myself, warranty be damned, I have been underwhelmed by this phone.

My M4 Aqua has lost the left audio from the headphone jack. If I wriggle it I can sometimes get low level audio from the left channel.

Do you think this will be covered under warranty? If not, does anyone have an idea of how much service will charge for replacement? (I'm in the UK)

thanks
