Charging Issues

Hi there,

I have the M4 Aqua as a work phone and overall I'm very happy with it.......apart from the charging problems it has seemed to have from day 1.

I have tried a variety of USB cables and charger heads plus laptop but it's gotten steadily worse.

It can take over quarter of an hour to gain 1% charge and oftern seems to go into a weird state when the OS seems to be conflicting with the charging signal ....the top display line flickers back and forth and the device buzzes on/off.

My suspecions are that the USB charging point is faulty as whilst it seemed to charge quite well at the beginning it was still temperamental as regards connection to the USB cable.

The device is only 6 months old and under warranty.

Any advice/feedback/experiences welcome.

Does this happen while charging the phone through a computer or wall charger or both? if the later then contact your Local support to get your device inspected.
