    <description>Yea, display is dead or the contacts have disconnected or are dislogded. Can happen (sometimes when phone is dropped). Return the phone for repair.</description>

      <title>No screen dispay</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have an E4g (E2003), but my screen has gone blank.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I hear all the noises (message received etc..) but only have a black screen and flashing lights.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have tried the repair phone via PC Companion, but it did not fix the problem.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
