M5 camera not working

Hi! My m5 camera is no longer working. I've tried the clear cache method, but it no longer works. I tried the safe mode thing and the problem still persists. Please give me another way of solving this.

What do you see when you start your camera?

Also test your camera from Settings -> About phone -> Diagnostics -> Test -> Camera

It says "camera or flashlight my be in use by other epplications"..

Thanks... Already tried this but it's just all black and nothing happens

This seems to be an app acting up, I suggest that you should backup your important data then perform a software repair using PC Companion.

How to boot on safe mode on Lolipop
1. press and hold the power key
2. once you get the pop up menu
3. press and hold "power off"
4. Boot on safe mode should become available

Hi, did you try software repair on pc. I have same problem. Also i did factory reset but not solved.
