Help .. Flash light does not work when I turn it on... No flash app in the apps .. Works only on camera .. Not working with video camera ..

Bad service in Egypt .. And when I bought the phone I noticed that there is some holes in the end of the screen .. When I go to the service place they said it's okaii no problem with that and they fixed the flash with software setup and then after only a month .. The problem appears again !!! I want to replace it with new one I don't like the holes under the screen !!
