Just got my m4 back from a almost 5 month long repair. Anyway. The Bluetooth works fine with the incar stereo for sound and phone but when I conect to my peltor and bose headset it start cracking up just from a meters distance. My old budget samsung had alot of issues but I could go at least 10 -15 meters from the phone before it started cracking up.
Any ideas?

It says "up to 100m" on the phone. Know thats utopia but strange that my budget samsung easly got 10m with the phone inside my truckcab but can barely have it in my legpocket with this midprice model from sony. I use Bluetooth alot so it a bit of an issue for me. Inside my truck the sound is amazing through Bluetooth but thats little help when 90% time I'm using it for phonecalls.

Xperia M4 has the typical 10m range so also if your accessory say up to 100m your phone has still the 10m limit, mind also that a lot depend on how many devices you have paired with it and the level of the batter charge and if there are wall, other electronic devices and the kind of wifi connettion. Dual band wifi have issue with the channels used and they do interfere with Bluetooth.

Have tested bluetooth after pcc repair. Same poor range. Have disable wifi. With the phone in my legpockt and my peltor conected the sound is breaking up. Chest pocket it works fine(like 2-4dm from headset). Can't find the messege with 100m bluetooth yet but don't know how thts gonna make my bluetooth range. If I could.get like 5m in free air I would.be a happy camper.
As I said in my "dubblepost" something most have had happend. Wifi range is a catastrofy!
From beginning of dec 2015 have there been any major update?
Have search the forum on wifi problem and there is a lot of post......not many solved though.
