Xperia z5 premium strange charging problem

Hi,

Have just received my phone back from Sony service for the headphone jack and replacement screen. The phone came back factory reset.
If I charge the phone when switched on it never seems to charge... Ampere shows around 200.i have tried 3 different chargers and cables.
If the phone is switched off it charges very fast.

Any ideas? Thanks

Check if you experience the same while on >>> safe mode

Are you using a wall charger or computer?

I used the original Sony charger. Then used a aukey fast charger and tried a anker fast charger. I have tried swapping cables too

Just left on charge with fast charger in safe mode for 15 mins and still same percent, hasn't even gone up 1%.
Swapped to Sony charger and gone up 4% in 15mins.

which brand it's the "fast charger" ? is it a fast charger or quick charger 2.0?

One is AUKEY Quick Charge 3.0
The other is
[Qualcomm Quick Charge 3.0] Anker

On normal mode with Sony charger it charges extremely slow and actually goes down when using it like now.
Ampere shows around 200mah

Xperias are not compatible with Quick Charge 3.0

Thanks for replies, but these chargers worked fine before it went away for service and now the original Sony charger is doing the same

probably a third party app it's causing this.
