Xperia Z5 Compact

My ear proximity appears to be way to sensitive, if I'm holding my phone at arms length after calling someone the screen instantly goes black and won't come back on until the other person hangs up (no way for me to end unless I have the power button at to end call)
I did the test for eat proximity and it starts buzzing before I put my hand above the screen.

Does anyone else have this problem /know how to fix it?
