Auto rotation stopped working

Hi,

The autorotation suddenly stopped working on the phone.

I have tried to restart without tuching the phone, switching the autorotation setting "off" and "on".

Tried to swith off the "Google voice...", opening a browser and click the URL field, tilt the phone and wait ....

Seam like when I use the camera I can get another "tilt"/position

Tested the giro in the support function *#*#7378423#*#* the cube was fine

Tested the diagnotsic of the gyro and it did not work ...

Settings / about / Diagnostic / test / Gyro...

check if you experience the same in safe mode.

How to boot on safe mode on Lollipop
1. press and hold the power key
2. once you get the pop up menu
3. press and hold "power off"
4. Boot on safe mode should become available

You can also clear the Chrome app data.

1. Tap the Application screen icon.
2. Find and tap Settings > Apps.
3. Swipe to the All tab.
4. Find and tap on the Chrome app.
5. Tap Force stop > Clear data.
6. Restart the phone
