Lock Screen

Hello. I just got my phone back after reperation. I plugged the SM in the phone and entered my sim-code. but the problem is that there is another code i need to enter.. it says "use the code after you restarted the phone" or something like that.

I tried to use the Xperia Companion, but i can't cause the screenlock are on.

Please help and sorry for my bad english

Its your screenlock pin, it's the code you entered when setting up fingerprint or smart lock device.

I think it's the screenlock pin like viridis are talking about can you restore it? can't remember to code >.<

You can reset that code yourself by performing a software repair using PC Companion.

Thanks i'll try it connecting my phone right now with USB. Telling me that is it under installing. Can this process take serval minutes?

It will take up to 30 minutes, in connection with your internet speed.

my phone/tablet are being installed wait. it have been installing for like 50 min now but there are also another window where it says that my phone should not be screenlocked, which it is?

So i can't connect because of the screenlock? and that's the reason why i wonna "restart" the whole phone

Ok, start again but with the phone turned off, press volume down and connect USB, then select software repair on pc companion.
It should recognise it while off if using this USB mode

Go into account.google.com and disable 2 step authorisation
