Possibly you have apps or something running in the background causing your memory to be used up leaving the video not enough memory to process the video for playback - A bit like streaming and you have buffering

Hi, i have a problem with my SP, when I make a video that I save in the internal memory or SD card, the video freezes at times, however the sound is fluid. I tried deleting the App video data, but does not change anything, so I thought it was a software problem or hardware of the camera, so I sent the videos made with my phone to friends, but to them this video shows perfectly . What's the matter?
