Bluetooth issues

Hello. I own an Xperia Z2. Lately the Bluetooth is turning on by itself. This is after I've upgraded to Lollipop. I'm not sure what's causing this. I have to turn it off several times a day.

It could be a third party app creating this issue.

Try and repair the phone with Sony PC Companion and see if that helps.

Hi Raj9949, welcome to the community!

Boot the phone in safe mode by pressing the power key for a few seconds > hold your finger on the Power Off message until the 'Reboot to safe mode?' message appears > tap OK.

If the issue is present in safe mode then run a software repair like @Phy has suggested. Here are additional steps:

(To back the phone up first press Start under Support Zone and follow the on-screen instructions).

Running the repair:

1. Install and open PC Companion then select Support Zone.
2. Phone Software Update.
3. Start.
4. Repair Phone
5. Continue
6. Accept data removal
7. Next
8. Wait for prepare
9. Select Phone
10. Follow the connection steps

If the issue is not present in safe mode then I advise un-installing any apps you don't use/need any longer and also clearing the cache and/or data for third party apps you have installed into the device. Keep us updated.
