Hi shansen, welcome to the community!

I advise running a software repair on the handset - this is very likely to bring the phone back to life however because you can't power it oon and unlock the screen, all user data will be lost during the process.

Running the software repair on PC Companion:
1. Install PC Companion then open the program and select Support Zone.
2. Phone Software Update.
3. Start.
4. Repair Phone
5. Continue
6. Accept data removal
7. Next
8. Wait for prepare
9. Select Phone
10. Follow the connection steps

Keep us updated

I am terribly sorry to hear that, shansen. Perhaps press and hold power & volume up for 15 seconds > let it charge for 2-3 hours and see if that helps, if not then try running the repair. The only way you can save your data is if the phone can be powered on & the screen unlocked. Do you have an SD card in the phone or did you sync any data to your google account?

I see, again I am sorry to hear of the inconvenience. Try charging it for a few hours and if that doesn't work run the repair & keep us updated.
