Hello,

I've a problem with encrypting my phone. Whenever I do so, I lose connectivity on the first SIM card and the second SIM card gets the roaming icon although it's not roaming. No calls can be made or received from/to both cards.

I made a factory reset 3 times, which resolves the issue (simply restarting the phone doesn't resolve it), but as soon as I enable the encryption, the problem happens again.

Without the encryption, the phone works fine, but I can't access my corporate email.

Is this a known bug? Any workarounds?

I'm on the latest firmware for the device.

Not the answer you want but there are apps that allow emails of this nature to work without your device been encrypted

The guys in the online Xperia Care team helped by suggesting a repair from PC Companion. Apparently, the shipped firmware was corrupted.
